Goods

As each piece of jewellery is individually made exact matches to jewellery shown on the web site or exact colours or size cannot be guaranteed. Variations in colour and finish are characteristic of the unique nature of each piece.

Order Process

You may order via the order form on the web site or in person by calling Jan on 01594 516032. If you make your order via the website Jan will contact you to discuss any further details of your order and take your address for delivery.

Payment

Payment is preferred by cheque, made payable to Jan Fryer Jewels. Even if you order via the web site please do not send payment until Jan has contacted you to confirm your order.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered 2 to 4 weeks after order date, although we will do our best to accommodate requests for a special date - for example a birthday or anniversary - in a shorter time period. If an item is already in stock it will be dispatched immediately.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your piece(s) of jewellery you may return them, unworn, within 14 days for a complete refund.
